What To Expect:

•Work in high energy events to provide rental equipment.
•Travel within the USA and receive hotel accommodations based on business need. 

• Lift and carry heavy equipment needed to service events

• Connect proper cables and control sound/visual equipment
• Plan your work schedule around your life, not the other way around.
• Earn money (up to $15
 per hour), on your own terms. Work as little or as much as you want.

• Earn extra cash for executed customer referrals

What It Takes To Succeed:

You must be self-motivated, possess outstanding problem-solving skills, patience and empathy, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations. Must be in great physical shape to perform the duties necessary to serving customers and equipment rentals including but not limited to; speakers, lights, sound mixers, ladders, etc. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills are a must. It’s also important to deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptional customer service while efficiently navigating multiple systems.

Education Necessary:

No degree necessary – This work opportunity is for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and work hard!  Prior to servicing a client opportunity, a virtual certification course must be successfully completed. Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program and contractors experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Required Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A keen interest in staying updated with technology.

  • Proficiency in AV presentation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Unique Requirements:

  • Availability for after-hours and on-call duties with stipulated response times.

  • Ability to assist in setting up and breaking down venues, including moving stage elements, AV equipment, tables, and chairs.

  • Please note that this position may require occasional travel to different locations for events or installations.

  • Openness to limited travel.

  • Maintaining a professional appearance and attire.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Capability to safely lift and transport items up to 150 lbs.

What You Need To Get Started:

- Reliable transportation - Bonus for contracts willing to haul equipment with trailer or truck bed
- Working communication device
- Enroll in a certification course to prepare to service or receive waiver due to experience (must pass test)
- Proof of physical from a certified doctor/nurse/facility performed at least 60 days before your start date

- Proof of workers permit or US Citizenship

- Valid EIN and signed liability waiver
